Doctor of Jurisprudence from Syracuse University College of Law.
Brian is admitted to practice in all of the state courts of Florida and Massachusetts, as
well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United
States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Brian is a member of several professional organizations, including the Tort Trial and
Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) of the American Bar Association, and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
