Her practice focuses primarily in the area of property coverage and litigation. Ms. Fears received her Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, from Talladega College in 1997, and her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2001.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fears practiced medical malpractice defense, construction liability and general liability in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Ms. Fears is admitted to practice law before the state courts of Florida and Texas and in the District of Columbia. Ms. Fears is a member of the American Bar Association; the Defense Research Institute; the Hillsborough County Bar Association; the Florida Bar; the State Bar of Texas; the District of Columbia Bar; and the Florida Advisory Committee on Arson Prevention.
