Jared practices primarily in the firm's Appellate Department. He is a former judicial staff attorney to the Honorable Darryl C. Casanueva at the Florida Second District Court of Appeal.
Jared received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida in 2003, his Masters of Business Administration from Stetson University in 2006, and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2006. During law school, he served as a Research Assistant, a Professor's Assistant, and a Teaching Fellow. Jared also taught a legal research laboratory class for first-year law students. He received the Student Employee of the Semester Award and was elected to Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.
Upon his acceptance to the Florida Bar, Jared joined the Florida Second District Court of Appeal as a central staff attorney. He later became a judicial staff attorney for Judge Casanueva. Jared also managed the court's internship program and acted as the court's liaison to law schools as the court's Law Student Program Coordinator. Jared's comprehensive experience at the court has provided him with a substantial knowledge and understanding of the entire appellate process.
