She is a state and federal civil litigator, specializing in complex property contractual disputes and extra-contractual claims, as well as litigation involving construction defects and professional liability.
Lori is an active member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI). She serves, among other roles, as Membership Chair of the Insurance Law Committee, member of the Steering Committee of the Insurance Law Committee and also serves on DRI's Jury Preservation Task Force. Lori is also a member of the Tampa Bay Inn of Court.
Lori previously served as staff attorney to the Honorable Jacqueline R. Griffin at the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal from 2000 to 2002. She was an Adjunct Professor at Strayer University (Business Law I) for two semesters in 2007. Lori received her Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School of Union University in 2000, in Albany, New York, where she was a member of the Albany Law School Journal of Science and Technology. Lori received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester in her hometown of Rochester, New York.
Lori is a member of the Florida and New York Bars.
