Robert practices in the firm's commercial, class action, extracontractual, and third party liability coverage departments. Prior to joining Butler Pappas, he specialized in appeals, insurance coverage, products liability, and general civil litigation. Robert is also a former staff attorney for the Honorable Harry Lee Anstead at the Florida Supreme Court.
Robert received a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University in 1999. He obtained a Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 2003, and a Master of Laws (taxation) from the University of Miami School of Law in 2004.
Robert is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida and New York. He is also admitted in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida. Robert is a member of The Florida Bar, The New York State Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the J. Clifford Cheatwood Inn of Court.
